Zihnic PN9 Review: Affordable wireless ANC headphones with 40 hours of battery life. They are super comfortable, with soft protein memory foam cushions plus rotatable and foldable earcups to contain your bag and make it easy to carry. The headband can adjust the length to fit any head size and shape. The sound quality is decent, but not fantastic. For me, the Zihnic PN-9 is not so good in overall quality; however, will you pay for them? That depends on you.
Zihnic PN-9
over-ear, wireless, Bluetooth 5.0 (Bluetooth range: 33 feet or 10 meters), built-in microphone, playtime: 40 hours, active noise-canceling, thick soft protein memory foam cushions, earcups: foldable & rotatable (90-degree), adjustable headband, hi-res sound, deep bass, nice hard case included in the box
You will not succeed if you are looking for the best wireless ANC headphones for under 100 USD. There is no best quality for cheap things. It’s just good, but not the best. The Zihnic PN-9 is also good; it is a good wireless ANC headphone for only around 60 USB (the price may vary depending on timing and promotion), but not the best. Today, we are talking about Zihnic PN-9 active noise-canceling headphones. One of the cheap ANC headphones comes with many good things, even though they are not the best. But is it worth it or not for your money? Look at the details of it in this Zihnic PN-9 review right now.
The Zihnic PN-9 headphones are available in four fresh colors: blue, pink, red, and black. The overall look and feel are simple but nice. There is soft protein leather, and memory foam cushions are covered. Both earpads provide softness and are comfy around your ears. But I feel that when wearing it for a few hours, the area around the ears gets warmer and has a bit of sweat. So if you are a person who sweats a lot, I recommend taking off the headphones every 2–3 hours to relax your ears. Besides, the earcups are designed to rotate 90 degrees, so they can hang around your neck and rest on your chest.
Just like any other over-ear headphones, the headband of the Zihnic PN-9 is adjustable. So these headphones fit snugly on your head, no matter how shaped your head is. But one thing that I notice and don’t like is that the headband is not cushioned enough. So if you get headaches easily, you should look into other headphones.
The main materials are plastic, so it’s lightweight. The weight is just 10.6 ounces, or 300 grams, which is not too light and also not too heavy. The inner core of the headband is made of metal and is quite robust as well.
The Zihnic PN-9 is a clickable button; it’s a real button, not touch-control buttons. There is an ANC button (press to switch between on and off) and the USB-C charging port on the side of the left cup. The power button and playback/call control buttons are sitting on the sides of the right cups. The control button design is simple and intuitive.
The Zihnic PN-9 ANC headphones have a 500mAh battery capacity. This means that the headphones can allow you to enjoy your music for up to 40 hours continuously. The number of hours is not exact, depending on the volume level you are listening to and using the ANC feature. Turning on ANC and the loud volume level will run out of power faster.
For charging, you just plug a USB-C cable between the power source and the headphones and wait around for 1.5 hours; the charging will be complete. Or, after just 10 minutes of charging, you will get 4 hours of playtime.
40 hours is not the longest battery life for headphones. Many wireless Bluetooth over-ear headphones on the market that offer more playtime than this. For example, the Soundcore Q45 Space provides 65 hours, the KVIDIO Bluetooth headphones provide 55 hours, and the DOQAUS Life 3 provides 52 hours. These are just samples in the same price range, and the market has plenty of over-ear headphones that offer better battery life than the Zihnic PN-9.
The Zihnic PN-9 ANC headphones come with 40mm dynamic drivers to ensure they deliver great high-res audio quality. Great for their price. The sound output has rich details and extraordinary clarity. With the Zihnic PN-9 headphones, I hear everything I need to hear.
When it comes to ANC, I have to say the truth: these headphones are not so good for ANC. It just cancels some noise, not all. It is around 70% noise cancellation (my opinion), and I can hear noise creeping into my ears. When you turn on ANC, it sounds more like muffled noise, and the sound from music is not natural. So if your main point is noise cancellation, the Zihnic PN-9 is not right for you.

Pros
Cons
In summary of the Zihnic PN-9 review, these headphones offer good sound quality, not excellent. They give enough playtime for up to 40 hours and a fast charging feature. And it is also a very comfortable earmuff with thick memory foam that is soft. However, the Zihnic PN-9 is not so good and has rather negative feelings in terms of noise cancellation. As I mentioned earlier, if you focus on ANC when buying headphones, these headphones are not suitable. I recommend paying more for the Bose QC35 ii or Sony WH-1000XM5. Both brands are leading in ANC technology.
