Technics EAH-AZ60M2 Review – Short words

Technics EAH-AZ60M2 Review: They deliver really exceptional sound quality. Bass, mids, and highs are well-balanced and give an impressive experience for listening to music as well as noise cancellation. Multipoint connectivity is better than many other wireless earbuds. Up to three devices are connected at the same time.

Technics, the audio products of the Japanese brand has been known as sound electronics gadgets such as turntable, amplifiers, and speakers. The Technics come in and played with over-ear headphones and wireless earbuds in the past few years. Even though they are not as successful as Sony, Bose, Sennheiser, or many headphone brands in the market. The Technics’s headphones and wireless earbuds are still still liked by many listeners. If you are looking for wireless earbuds with ANC and support LDAC, try to see the Technics EAH-AZ60M2 review. Read and then decide whether you like it or not.

Technics EAH-AZ60M2 Review – The Design

In terms of the design of Technics EAH-AZ60M2’s case is normal, not outstanding. It is rounded in a rectangular shape, a little narrow, and small enough to contain it in a small bag. They are available in black, blue, and silver. There is no real-time remaining power display like some cheap wireless earbuds such as Nipell A66 or Tozo Crystal Buds wireless earbuds. It’s surprising many expensive headphones often have this feature that is not available. But most cheap wireless headphones have this feature.

The earbuds come in the original “drop shape”. Its housing is made of plastic, most, except for the exterior touch surface which has a smooth metallic finish. It has seven different ear tip sizes in the box ( ranging from XXS to XL). The Technics EAH-AZ60M2 gives more ear tip options than you get from most rival earbuds. That is one of the good things. The earbuds should fit, be comfortable, and not easily dislodged if you choose the appropriate ear tips. The earbuds are very lightweight, so they are supremely comfortable.

There is no personalized fit test in the app. So to prevent the earbuds from easily slipping out of your ears, it’s important to check that you choose the right tips and fit. Choosing fit and perfect in your ears will also ensure you are getting the optimal sound as well. If you get properly deep bass, it possible is that you get the appropriate ear tip sizes yet.

Battery Life and Charging

Speaking of battery life, the Technics EAH-AZ60M2 wireless earbuds provide 7 hours of playtime for a single charge, and a total all are 24 hours with the charging case. This is its spec, but it’s not precisely. Depending on the volume level you listening to including turn on ANC. However; I’m also very impressed. The earbuds can provide music long enough for long-distance flights or all-day working.

They are compatible with USB-C charging and wireless charging pads.

Bluetooth 5.3 and 3 Device Multipoint Connectivity

The Technics EAH-AZ60M2 or another name, Technics HiFi True Wireless Multipoint Bluetooth Earbuds is compatible with Bluetooth 5.3 and supports codecs like AAC, SBC, and LDAC. The connection is fast and stable.

Most wireless earbuds that come with a multipoint connection just can only connect to two devices simultaneously. One of the standout features and I so much love it, that are these Technics EAH-AZ60M2 wireless earbuds have multipoint connectivity, not 2 but 3. Yes, it can connect up to 3 Bluetooth devices at the same time. This is a true game-changer for those with wireless earbuds. You can connect to a smartphone, Tablet, and laptop and can seamlessly switch between them without the hassle of disconnecting.

Technics EAH-AZ60M2 Multipoint Wireless Earbuds – The Sound Quality

After the first time I listened to music with the Technics EAH-AZ60M2 earbuds, the sound quality is very excellent. The trebles are crisp without being too harsh. The bass is deep and strong. The mids and vocals are clear and completely detailed.

I really like that these Technics earbuds support LDAC compatibility, which delivers the audio quality to an even higher level. With LDAC, the earbuds will give hi-res audio at up to 96kHz to 990kbps on Android smartphones, but not for iOS. LDAC provides you with more details in the sound and provides the ultimate experience in listening to music, feeling like you are in a private concert.

Active noise cancellation is solid and effective in drowning out the hustle and bustle of traffic noise. Even though it’s not as perfect as what you would get from Sony WF-1000XM4 wireless earbuds or Bose QuietComfort earbuds ii, it can very well block out noise from the external environment. Even though it does not completely cancel noise, its volume is greatly reduced.

If you don’t like the sound default of them, you can adjust the sound profile via in-app EQ.
