KVIDIO WH201A Bluetooth headphones review: Over-ear wireless Bluetooth headphones come with decent sound quality. The foldable design and adjustable headband fit head sizes and shapes. These are very cheap over-ear headphones, and they also have deep bass and hi-fi stereo sound features. Even though there is no active noise cancellation, the KVIDIO Bluetooth headphones have good noise isolation that can reduce outside noise quite well. Sometimes the price is even lower; according to promotions such as Amazon Prime Day or Black Friday, the price has dropped considerably.
KVIDIO WH201A Over-Ear Wireless Bluetooth Headphones:
Wireless/wired, Bluetooth 5.1, deep bass, hi-fi stereo sound, connect 2 devices simultaneously
55 hours of playtime, Voice assistance (Siri and Google Assistant), foldable, adjustable headband
The KVIDIO is not a famous brand, but the KVIDIO Bluetooth headphones are quite cheap in price point and have decent built quality and a nice design. If you see a global rating of this item on Amazon and reviews that most of the customers give it more than 4.5, you might be wondering why. I can say that the overall performance of the KVIDIO WH201A Bluetooth headphones is very good when compared to other over-ear Bluetooth headphones in this price range. The main point is that these Bluetooth headphones are good but cheap. Now it’s time to go into details about the KVIDIO WH201A Bluetooth headphones review.
The KVIDIO Bluetooth headphones are over-ear designed with 40mm powerful drivers. The earcups are padded with soft memory-protein earmuffs that are very soft for the ears and comfortable for a long listening session. The majority of materials are plastic. Even though the inner core of the headband is metal, the KVIDIO WH201A Bluetooth headphones are lightweight. However, the main body is plastic, so it is not durable for dropping from high.
The headband is adequately padded for comfort on the head and is also extendable to adjust to fit the size and shape of your head.
The cups of the KVIDIO WH201A Bluetooth headphones are also designed to be foldable. The earcups are also swiveled to 90 degrees. That’s easy to keep in your bag and saves space, making it portable.
The overall design, similar to the Soundcore Life Q20+ or MonoPrice BT-600ANC, looks simple but good. They are available in black, blue, and pink.
All ports and buttons are placed on the right earcups. There are volume up/back to the previous song, power on/off, and volume down/skip to the next song buttons, respectively. Next to the buttons are an LED indicator light, a 3.5mm audio port, a USB charging port, and a built-in microphone.
Even though these cheap Bluetooth over-ear headphones have not utilized the latest Bluetooth version, which is not like the UliptZ WH203A Bluetooth over-ear headphones, which use Bluetooth 5.3, whereas the Kvidio uses Bluetooth 5.0 technology, pairing is easy and quick, not complex. The signal is so strong and clear in a range of not more than 10 meters from your Bluetooth devices. The Bluetooth multipoint works well. That means you can connect to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. Switching the devices is also seamless. You can answer incoming calls automatically while listening to music.

The sound quality is quite good for cheap Bluetooth headphones under $40. The sound clarity is very good. The company claims that these headphones are ideal for rock and roll genres, and I think so. The KVIDIO WH201A Bluetooth wireless headphones offer strong bass that is not too much or muddy.
There is no active noise cancellation like many over-ear headphones under $50. But with the big driver (40mm), that can cover the entirety of your ears. It’s thick, softly padded earcups, which are comfy to wear. So the WH201A Bluetooth headphones perform great at reducing external sound. It is not ANC headphones but can do very well in noise isolation.
There is a built-in omnidirectional microphone that makes the call quality so clear. My voice is clear, and the person I’m talking to sounds clear!
I’m very impressed with the WH201A KVIDIO’s battery life. They provide a very long playtime for a single charge, until I forget the last charge. These cheap wireless headphones provide around 55 hours, as per their specs. And I think it is around that (I didn’t exactly calculate the time). I just feel that I don’t have to recharge often. However, I listen to music with these headphones at less than 50% of the maximum volume. The playtime depends on the volume too.
