Anker SoundCore Life Q30 review: The design is quite bulky but foldable, so it’s good for taking away. Moreover, the Life Q30 offers up to 40 hours of continuous playtime and is also comfortable for long listening sessions. Plus, hybrid active noise cancellation features help reduce the noise of traffic or plane engines around you. All in all, these active noise-canceling headphones are ideal for long travel days. But a little stuck at a relatively large size. However, luckily, they are designed to be foldable.
Anker Soundcore Life Q30
wireless/wired (AUX), Bluetooth 5.3 (multipoint connection), hybrid active noise canceling (multi-mode noise canceling: transport/indoor/outdoor), 50 hours of playtime, fast charge: 5 minutes get 4 hours, Hi-Res certified, sounding: thumping bass & crisp treble, custom EQ (via the app), supreme comfortable: utlra-soft protein leather earcups (with memory foam padding), adjustable headband & foldable earcups
The Anker Soundcore Life Q30 offers a premium listening experience without the premium cost. It comes with feature-packed wireless headphones: advanced noise cancellation, long battery life, and impressive sound quality—all at a budget-friendly price. The Life Q30 is designed for both casual listeners and frequent travelers. With exceptional comfort, customizable sound settings, and multiple ANC modes, the Life Q30 stands out as one of the best-value headphones in its class.
These headphones also have a hybrid active noise cancellation with Bluetooth 5.0 technology, 40 mm dynamic drivers, and a long-lasting 50-hour battery life.
The Anker Q30 is rather basic in terms of design, but an attractive pair of over-ear headphones under 80 nevertheless. The exterior is matte black, while the logo mark is adorned on-ear cups.
They are a comfortable pair of attire with a headband pliable and very adjustable, with plenty of padding material included on the soft protein leather ear pads. Despite their bulky look, the headsets are amazingly lightweight.
The charging port is situated on the left ear cup, while the right side houses the controls that include the skip/volume keys, a multi-feature button for voice assistance and power, ANC, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Comfort level is another one of those exceptionally vital features that a lot of people are interested in. Mostly, find it reluctant to put on their headsets because of sore ears and head pain. If you are somebody who loves to wear your headphones for a long time on end, this feature should be near the top of your list.
Fortunately, the Anker Life Q30 headphones do a fine job on the comfort side. The headset pads are relatively thick and made of very soft material that’s long-lasting and durable.
These headphones offer fine audio for an affordable pair of headphones, and they can handle a number of genres. The tinkling keys in North Dakota are very crisp and well defined, able to stand out beside the rumbly low end.
Treble and bass compete equally viciously in Hunter, with the drums and bass, in particular, producing a well-detailed performance at the start of the track.
While the midrange normally holds its own, it can be obscured by the lows and highs during the more climatic parts of the track.
The song time paints a similarly dynamic image, with a defined stereo picture and plenty of room for the instrument and breath. Once again, the vocals can get lost in the pounding lows and highs, and I almost wish the lows would provide a more detailed definition.
This pair of headphones offers a fine dynamism and good detail for their price, but the tonal balance leaves something to be desired.
The Anker Life Q30 utilizes a hybrid active noise-canceling feature: with the ANC feature like in Anker Soundcore Life Q20 and TREBLAB Z2, you can enjoy your music in peace. But you can’t expect the Q30’s ANC to be as great as high-end headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM4 or the Bose 700 noise-canceling headphones. However, this feature makes the Anker Life Q30 a very fine choice for noisy areas like gyms and busy offices at a price tag under $80. You can block out a few of the additional noise, focus, and do your thing.
While testing them out for many days, we felt like the ANC function worked well. The capability to drown out unwanted background sound seemed to carry a day and night difference in sound performance.
It is a bit hard to explain, but the sound almost seems to become deeper and more pronounced, almost if you close the doors to your rooms to block out the noises. Clarity was very much increased, and the bass looked to resonate a bit better – surely a huge difference over a usual pair of headsets.
For the price under 80$ and with a dual microphone of Life Q30, I’m not impressed. Call quality is not a strong point of the SoundCore Life Q30. When I was on the call with a friend, he complained that I sounded far away, and then he’d hear a lot of wind as I walked the streets. While the microphone is not necessarily great, it gets the job done for rapid calls.
So the phone call quality is not stellar for Q30, and I give 3 points out of 5 for this feature.

Pros
Cons
Overall, after the Anker SoundCore Life Q30 review, we found that these headphones are nearly perfect. But they’re close to high-end ANC headphones as you’re likely to get this wonderful price tag. The design is good and lightweight, and the fit is comfortable for the wide majority of users.
However, if your point is the call quality, the Life Q30 is not ideal for you.
