HYIEAR TW-X08 Review – Bluetooth 5.3 40H Wireless Earbuds

HYIEAR TW-X08 Review – Short words

HYIEAR TW-X08 review: The design looks simple but nice. You can know the battery status in real-time with a power display on the front of the charging case. It provides up to 40 hours of playtime and 7.5 hours for continuously listening to music. IPX5 waterproof allows you can wear them while raining or working out. The earphones are very lightweight and great for workouts or listening to music, podcast, or even for calls.

HYIEAR TW-X08 Wireless Earbuds

in-ear, true wireless earbuds, Bluetooth 5.3, battery (400mAh): provide 7.5 hours (single charge) & up to 40 hours (with charging case), water-resistant rating: IPX5, charging method: USB type C, support voice assistant: Siri, LED power display (both for earbuds and charging case)

In the series of the best wireless earbuds under $50 (some occasions may be under $30), the HYIEAR TW-X08 wireless earbuds with dual power display charging case. I hope you have gone through our review of the Tagry X08, which is a very similar design to the HYIEAR TW-X08 earphones. I will be compared both wireless earbuds and other true wireless earbuds for features and specifications at the end of this article. Okay, don’t waste time, we go to read the HYIEAR TW-X08 review right now.

HYIEAR TW-X08 Review – The Design

The HYIEAR TW-X08 is a stem design and in-ear form factor with an ergonomic design and also comes with three different silicone tips size in the package. Letting you choose the one size that is secure and perfectly fits your ear canals. Choosing the right silicone tip is important for firmness and good sound quality as well as better noise isolation. So highly recommend you should try to test all tip sizes to choose the one most perfectly fit your ears.

The charging case is rounded-square in shape and opens the lids at the top like a clamshell. There is an LED digital number and digital bar to display the battery level remaining of the charging case and both earbuds, respectively.

The stem earbuds are pretty long (at least for me). And maybe longer than the ear lobe If you are those quite short ears. Even though they are lightweight but if the stems are too long for your ears, it might bother you a little bit. However; after a while (for a few hours), you will get used to it.

HYIEAR TW-X08 Wireless Earbuds Review – IPX5 Water-Resistant

Slightly disappointing, the HYIEAR TW-X08 wireless earbuds have only an IPX5 waterproof level. Just for earbuds but not for the charging case. So the earbuds can against soft rain, water splashes, or your sweat from exercise. I’m not sure about the charging case, I think it’s not waterproof design. The HYIEAR TW-X08 wireless earbuds are available in black and white.

How long battery life of the HYIEAR TW-X08?

The HYIEAR TW-X08’s charging case has 400mAH and provides a total of playtime around 40 hours. A single full charging on both earbuds can offer 7.5 hours of playtime, which is enough for all-day listening to music. You can know about battery status in real time with an LED digital display at the front of the charging case. They are charged by USB type C and there is a USB-C charging port at the bottom of the case (not support wireless charging).

In terms of playtime, the HYIEAR TW-X08 is good for its price and better than many wireless earbuds which give less playing time. For example; AIHOOR A2 (30 hours with a charging case), STADOR T69 (28 hours with a charging case), or SoundPEATS Air3 Deluxe HS (20 hours with a charging case).

Touch Control

The touch control area is placed toward the top of the stems. The touch area is easy to touch and very sensitive. Working on orders is pretty accurate.

How to control the HYIEAR TW-X08 wireless earbuds?

  • Play/Pause the music – Single tab on the left or right earbud
  • Next Song – Double tap on the right earbud
  • Previous Song – Double tap on the left earbud
  • Volume Up – Triple tabl on the right earbud
  • Volume Down – Triple tab on the left earbud
  • Answer/End Call – Double tab on the left or right earbud
  • Activate Voice Assistant (Siri) – Tab and hold for 2 seconds

HYIEAR TW-X08 Review – The Sound Quality

Honestly, I’m not very impressed with the sound quality. However; when compared to its price, it’s not so bad. It’s good decent for the price. If you just looking for cheap wireless earbuds for listening to music or for calls and don’t need high-end sound quality, the HYIEAR TW-X08 wireless earbuds can put right the answer. I’m not an audiophile and can’t feel neatly detailed in the sound music. The sound quality can’t beat the Tozo Golden X1 but you have to pay quite more for them if you want these Tozo Gloden X1 that come with LDAC and High-Res Audio sound.

There is no noise cancellation but it’s no surprise for this price range of wireless earbuds. But if you choose the silicone tips to fit your ears, it will block some outside noise quite well even though not all.
