The Motast S20 is a decent pair of pocket-friendly TWS earbuds. They are lacking in frills and features but have a solid, somewhat comfortable design. During my Motast TWS-S20 review, I notice a sound profile is bass-heavy but not overwhelming, so they are perfect for a fairly wide range of genres and audio tracks.
Earbuds design and Case
The S20 earbuds do not have too much of attractive design, it is quite bulky. Both the earbuds and a big charging case with an LED display are best described as straightforward. The charging case is a finger-sensitive black, large case with a lit that moves a bit, but has a solid hinge.
Wireless earphones function with touch control sensors; it can massively reduce the pressure to your ears when you touch the button for various features. In a wireless charging case, the digital screen can help check the exact battery level of the left and right buds and charging case at any time.
The buds are not lookers either. The simple and plain show the R and L letters for the right and left to the outside world. They are well water-resistant, too withstanding easily in heavy rain.
On the inside, these earbuds are quite huge. Their round design with a bump in the lower section can really flip up your ears. It might have to take a while before they experience comfortable, but they stay in tight and sung.
Because, they do, the buds also filter out noises from your environments extremely efficiently – and delivering noise-canceling features.
One thing that is not mediocre on the Motast S20 earbuds is the battery performance of earbuds. They can last up to 6 hours on a single charge and 130 extra hours in the small portable case.
Motast TWS-S20 Review – Comfort-Fit
The importance of comfort level is not to be underestimated. Buds that you can barely wear are worth-less even if they sound very well. Luckily, these earbuds are pleasant to wear. Inside the box, you get 3 additional tip sizes making it an almost perfect fit for your ears.
The ear tips go fairly deep inside the ear canal so remember if you cannot stand the feeling. Because the ear tips go deep inside the ear, you get an extremely secure fit. This means that these buds are best for working out or sports in general.
Even when making quick head movement, the fit of the buds probably remains secure. A decent fit also translates into a bit of additional passive noise cancelation. The fit is quite comfortable overall; you’d be capable to wear the buds for a long time without feeling much discomfort.
Motast S20 Review – Sound Performance
The Motast S20 buds are score not only in the battery department but also in the sound performance. This is probably one of the best true wireless earbuds under 50 and the most interesting part of the review. The ear buds have a powerful bass and balanced sound that does not overpower in the lows.
They’ve no real weakness when it comes to sound performance but when comparing then to the most costly high-end variants you do hear a little difference.
This model can handle every music genre without any issue. Pop, Bass Heavy songs, or mainly vocals, they all sound really good with the ear-buds. Sound leakage is very barely present. Only on top volume levels will sound a bit start to leak but the levels of sound do not go with high anyway.
The wireless connection makes sure that sound transfer in a smooth way. Only when you reach the wireless limit of the Bluetooth connection, will you start to feel some dropouts. The buds have extremely little distortion which is fine as well. All in all, you get nice sound quality for this price range.
Hi-Fi True Wireless Earbuds S20 – Quality for Sport
The MotastS20 buds have a small, teardrop formed a design that is perfect for running, walking, workout, gym, and yoga sessions. It is also well suited for sports activities. The fitting of the MotastS20 buds is very solid, and IPX 6 water rating makes this model a supreme choice for sport.
