Picun F6 Review – Affordable With Decent ANC Headphones

Picun F6 Review – Short words

Picun F6 Review: Are you looking for headphones with well-balanced sound quality, comfort, and affordability? The Picun F6 headphones may be a good choice and the most balanced. These are active noise-canceling headphones with very comfortable, soft earpads padded with soft memory protein. It’s portability with a foldable design. Moreover, the PicunF6 also supports voice assistance such as Google Assistant or Siri. The build quality is good, with lightweight material and a nice design for all sizes of heads because of an adjustable headband. The looks are simple and beautiful. Most importantly, you don’t need to pay double or triple time or more, to get a Bose QC45 or Sony WH-1000XM4.

You may have heard or known about Picun’s headphones. The PIcun is not as popular as Sony, Bose, or Sennheiser headphones. However, Picun’s headphones are one of the perfect choices and are not too expensive. Besides, these headphones come with great features, good build quality that is durable, and decent sound quality. The Picun F6 headphones are over-the-ear and come with good active noise cancellation. How about these headphones? Good or not, let’s talk about them in the Picun F6 review.

Picun F6 Review – Comfort with a long session

Picun F6 Review

When it comes to how comfy it is to wear the Picun F6, they are very lightweight and super comfortable while wearing them as well. There is thick memory foam upholstered in faux leather-like material padded to cover the earcups that give super softness to your ears.

The headband is quite easy to adjust and does not stick. The adjustable headband provides more comfort for any head size. They are also thin-padded with the same material as the earcup and don’t hurt your head.

I think the Picun F6 wireless ANC headphones don’t have issues while wearing them with glasses. The clamping force is not too much, and there is no pain around the head-side area. But this might not be true for some people. That depends on the shape and size of your head. So, if you are one who always wears glasses and has a quite large head, over-ear headphones may not be your answer.

The earcup is foldable, which makes it easy to travel and keeps less space in your bag.

The overall design is simple and nice in a silver tone. The design of the Picun F6 model is very similar to the LORELEI B-C6 wireless over-ear headphones, which are cheap as well.

Picun F6 Headphones Review – How to control?

Physical control

The Picun F6 uses physical button control; it’s not touch control. You can control playback, volume, 3D sound mode, and ANC modes (on/off/transparency).

Picun F6 Review – The Sound Quality

Picun F6 Review - Affordable With Decent ANC Headphones

Lows, Mids, and High

The bass is so accurate but not too deep. The mids are outstanding and well-balanced. The treble is not outstanding but decent enough. It’s crisp and detailed and the level of highs and lows is well-balanced. Sometimes I think of sitting in a great concert hall.

Noise Cancellation

The Picun F6 is not the best noise-canceling headphones, but they do so great. These ANC headphones can block low-frequency noise pretty well. Most ambient noise is completely blocked. But I can still hear ringing when someone calls me, which I consider good. The company claims that the Picun F6 can quell outside noise by up to 50 decibels, which I can’t tell if it’s true. However; I can feel the outside noise is a very little creep.

All in all, I was so impressed by the sound of the Picun F6 headphones. These ANC headphones under $70 deliver pretty good sound quality, they provide a mind-blowing stereo sound profile. Surely, they can’t beat some models like Raycon Everday or Anker Space Q45  because these headphones are more expensive by around two times and better than in terms of ANC and built quality.

Build Quality

Picun F6 Hybrid ANC Headphones

Most of the material is plastic, and for this reason, these ANC headphones are pretty lightweight. Albeit they are made of mostly plastic, they are not easy to break. The company uses good plastic that is lightweight and durable enough. Unfortunately, the earpads are not replaceable. But most headphones are not changeable too, except for Beyerdynamic headphones, designed to change almost all parts.

They are supremely comfortable for a long listening session and do not fatigue around your ears and temples. The ANC is not so bad, they can block a lot of outside noise, even though not all.
