Anker Soundcore has been increasing in popularity for electronic devices such as wireless headphones or wireless earbuds. In the past three to four years, there has been an interesting increase in Anker Soundcore headphones users, both wireless over-ears and wireless earbuds. The Liberty 2 Pro, Life A1, Life P2, and Life P3 are samples of Anker Soundcore’s success in terms of sales and positive ratings. The Anker Soundcore Life P2 Mini is also not an exception. This is one of the best mini wireless earbuds for under $50. How good are these mini wireless earbuds? Let’s get into the details of the Anker Soundcore Life P2 Mini review.

Soundcore Life P2 Mini Review – The Design

Anker Soundcore has been increasing in popularity for electronic devices such as wireless headphones or wireless earbuds. In the past three to four years, there has been an interesting increase in Anker Soundcore headphones users, both wireless over-ears and wireless earbuds. The Liberty 2 Pro, Life A1, Life P2, and Life P3 are samples of Anker Soundcore’s success in terms of sales and positive ratings. The Anker Soundcore Life P2 Mini is as well, it’s highly popular in the market. The Soundcore Life P2 Mini is a very lightweight and stylish design in matte black. The charging case is oval, and the nice weight is only 2.8 ounces or 79 grams. Three LEDs in the front of the case are useful for showing the remaining battery in the case.

The earbud’s design is a short stem design, which is quite shorter than the Life P2, Life P3, and Liberty Air 2. The center back of the stems is finished shiny black, and there is a Soundcore logo on the top, which makes it look outstanding.

The company provides five different-size ear tips (XS/S/M/L/XL) that will let you choose the one size that is the perfect fit for your ears. The default is M size, and it’s a perfect and secure fit for my ears. I highly recommend trying all sizes to pick the best one that completely secures and fits your ears.

Although the company does not hype these mini wireless earbuds for sports, I think that you can wear them for sports if you choose the size of the ear tips to fit your ears. Besides, the Soundcore Life P2 Mini also comes with a water-resistant IPX5 rating, which means they also withstand sweat and rain while you wear them for working out. This is one of the best mini wireless earbuds for under $50. How good are these mini wireless earbuds? Let’s get into the details of the Anker Soundcore Life P2 Mini review.

Anker Soundcore Life P2 Mini Ture Wireless Earbuds – Convenience

The mini wireless earbuds provide Bluetooth 5.2 technology that offers an operating range of up to almost 10 meters without any obstruction. This range is a regular work range, like other wireless earbuds that have

Unfortunately, the Life P2 Mini doesn’t support a fantastic app like the SoundCore app. Nevertheless, the company has designed these mini wireless earbuds to control functions via simple touch control on the buds. The controls are quite simple and easy to learn how to use in the manual guide that comes in the package too.

  • Press twice L or R to play/pause music/answer calls.
  • Press and hold for 2 seconds on the R to the next song.
  • Press and hold for 2 seconds on the L to the previous song.
  • Press three times on the L to activate the voice assistant.
  • Press three times on the R to switch EQ modes (Soundcore Signature, Bass Booster, and Podcast).

Unfortunately, you can’t adjust the volume from the earbuds directly; you can only control it from the device paired with them. But that’s not too difficult.

One drawback that I noticed is that there is no voice warning while switching EQ. There is only a short beep while going to the next EQ. So you have to remember which mode you are in before changing modes. Or perhaps, if it is not necessary, you don’t have to remember. Just try to change it and choose the EQ mode that you like.

One thing that I so much like is the featured single earbud mode. That means you can use one left or right earbud and the other is still charging in the case.

Anker Soundcore Life P2 Mini Review – The Sound Quality

The short word for Anker Soundcore Life P2 Mini is small earbuds that deliver big bass. Especially if you set EQ to Bass Booster, sometimes the bass is too much. But these are ideal for those who love the strong bass sound.

In podcast mode, it is decent for podcasts and YouTube. The Souncore Signature is tinny and not the same as the Life P3 or Liberty Air 3 Pro in the same setting. All in all, the Life P2 Mini’s sound quality is mediocre compared to its price. The sound quality is not as prominent as in the Life P3, if you are not an audiophile and are looking for wireless earbuds that are lightweight, mini-sized, and comfortable for your ears, I highly recommend the Life P2 Mini.

The call quality is quite good; I can hear what the other side has to say clearly. The person on the other end of the line does not blame anything, and they can hear what I said clearly.
