How to control the volume? The Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 has no volume up and down button but you can control the volume via a textured ring. Turn up the volume by rotating the counter-clockwise, on the contrary turn down the volume by rotating them clockwise. Easy and smart design.

Comfortable? The material is good quality plastic, and at the core, there is a strengthening metal covered with faux leather. The Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 is padding with soft leather around the earcups as well as on the headband. These designs make the headphones very soft and comfortable. However; if you are a person who sweats a lot and is in a warm environment, these wireless noise-canceling headphones may be great for you. However; I have no issues with wearing these wireless headphones for a couple of hours.
