Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II Review – Short words
Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II Review: Great noise-canceling earbuds and very great transparency mode. Mediocre battery life, the Bose QCE II gives 6 hours (ANC on)/24 hours (including charging case and ANC on too). With Bluetooth 5.3, the latest version provides a strong and reliable connection. You can customize your sound profile and ANC level via the Bose Music app. Bose also prepares 3 sizes of ear tips and 3 sizes of stability bands to comfortably fit and secure the ears.
Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II
true wireless earbuds, active noise-canceling, Bluetooth 5.3, playtime: 6 hours (single charge)/24 hours (plus the case), customized EQ (sound profile and level of ANC), built-in 3 mics for each earbud & dedicate 2 mics for reducing noise
We already accept that Bose is a reputation for noise-canceling headphones and many Bose headphones are top 10 best-selling and best noise-cancellation headphones. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds ii had released on Amazon in the last month (Sep 2022) and have very good feedback. For some who never buy the previous model, Bose QuietComfort noise-canceling earbuds, try to read the review of Bose’s new model and just make a decision whether the Bose QuietComfort earbuds ii worth purchasing or not. Check the detail of Bose QuietComfort Earbuds right now, follow me.
Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II Review – The Design
Many people say that the previous QuietComfort earbuds were too big. Bigger than most general true wireless earbuds, quite bulky. I think so. So the new generation, Bose series ii do follow customer complaints, The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds ii are a third smaller than the previous generation. But they are still a bit bulky and come with a wide stem but are quite short.
There is Bose’s logo on the out surface of both earbuds, which look good and stylish. The Bose QCE II comes with a fit wing to help hold the earbuds still in place. However; you can find the fit wing and fit tips because Bose provides 3 different sizes of wings and tips in the package. This lets you mix and match sizes as you need.
The charging case of the new Bose QuietComfort Earbuds model also all change to new looks. The previous model’s charging case is a flat shape and horizontally placed flat on the ground. ฺThe earbuds rest flat on the case. But the new model is a vertical box and the lid is flipped to open at the top. The earbuds are put vertically inside. No matter whether vertical or horizontal I think is not significant. Each design is a personal preference, which is different a lifestyle.
Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II Review – Best Noise-Canceling Wireless Earbuds
Bose’s engineering utilized the CustomTune sound calibration technology to the QCE II, which helps these Bose wireless ANC earbuds intelligently personalize tho noise cancellation and also produce the sound profile to fit any ears. This information from Bose still be true always, I feel the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds ii can block outside noise very well and can reduce noise up to 95% (approximately). They deliver deep, immersive sound and powerful bass.
The CustomTune is also useful for aware mode too, it keeps the environment sound as lifelike as possible. So you hear the outside sound as most natural that lets you know what’s happening around you including you still hear the crisp and clear sound when someone talking to you. This feature makes it seem as if without wearing earbuds and can hear everything in the world around you. This is a marked improvement when compared to other wireless earbuds. For me, I can say that the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2 is one of the best noise-canceling earbuds for under $300.
Bose QCE II Review – Battery Life
When talking about Bose QC Earubds ii’s playtime, they promise to give up to 6 hours of battery life with ANC is turned on. The charging case can provide additional 18 hours or 3 times the earbuds’ full charge. Normally for Bose, several Bose headphones don’t give much more playtime. For example, Bose sport earbuds – 5H/15H, Bose Sports Free – 5H/15H, Bose SoundSport Free TWS – 5H/15H, or even Bose QC45 over-ear ANC wireless also provide only 24 hours. If you are focused on the battery life of the headphones, I think Sony gives more playtime than Bose.
More Wireless Earbuds and great noise canceling

How about the sound quality of Bose QCE II?
Bose still does not make me disappointed when onto the sound quality. The sound is great and has the classic signature Bose warm tonality. These Bose wireless earbuds deliver nice solid bass and a full mid-section. The treble is crisp and resonating. However; if you do not prefer the default sound setting of the Bose QC Earbuds ii, Bose provides the ability to customize your sound profile via the Bose Music app, which is an excellent app.
Bose QuietComfort ANC Wireless Earbuds II – The Call Quality
Even though Bose claims that 2 noise-canceling mics in each earbud work together to reject noise environment for crystal clear voice while calling. The Bose QCE II do quite well but not the best. Yes, these wireless ANC earbuds can reduce background noise. But in term of call quality, I think another option that has the same price range like the Sony WF-1000XM4 do the job better.
However; both (QC Earbuds II and WF-1000XM4) still offer a good voice call and are clear. Your friend at the other end of the line will clearly hear and understand every word that you said.
