EarFun Air Review – EarFun TW200 Wireless Earbuds

EarFun Air Review – Final words

The EarFun Air True Wireless Earbuds are great for sports and fitness, because of their IPX7 water-resistant rating. The sound performance is great for the price tags, great level of bass, but can’t compare to the high-end like Sony WF-1000XM3 or Bose QuietComfort Earbuds.

EarFun Air (TW200) – True Wireless Earbuds

Bluetooth 5.0, deep bass, in-ear detection, touch control, and comfortable
35 hours playtime, IPX7 waterproof rating, open to connect

The EarFun Air wireless earbuds or known as the EarFun TW200 model. Our EarFun Air review seems at a pair of earbuds that have up to 7hrs of playback time each bud, 35hrs massive battery life, and an IPX7 water-resistant rating, and more. Continue to read the EarFun TW200 review down below.

EarFun Air Review – The Design

The EarFun true wireless buds take shape of something we’re all known with: Apple’s Air Pods. This is due to the stem look that’s becoming commonplace on TWS buds. When looking at the stems you will notice Ear Fun Air has their branding towards the bottom.

Just above that’s the touchpad along with an ANC mic for when you are talking on the mobile phone. That similar mic spot is also home to a few LED indicators that’ll turn the different colors all depending on what you are doing.

Flipping the buds around you and you will see an R and L for which ear to put them in. On the inside of the main bud are the gel ear tips that can be altered out to better adjust securely in your ear.

The below of every TWS buds has 2 gold connector plates that work with the charging case up to buds. There is also another ANC mic that is placed among the 2 gold charging plates.

Charging Case

As for the charging case, you care about getting a pillbox-style charging case like most other earbuds cases out there. There is one LED light that lights up depending on the battery juice left in the charging case. The above LED light indicator is a lip for opening up the case and revealing the buds.

Upon opening the charging case you will that it is molded to fit EarFun Air supremely. When you take the EarFun Air wireless earbuds out, you will see a magnet that holds the buds in place, and towards the below of the charging case, you will see 2 gold connectors, pins that again, charge the buds when attached.

Battery Life

When it comes to battery life, you will get 7 hours for a single charge on earbuds. Plus with 28 hours from the charging case, sum up are 35 hours that long enough for a long flight. Furthermore, don’t worry about time charging, it is very quick with fast charging feature, you will get more power 2-hours just 10-minute charging.

Last but not the least, inside the buds case you will find a button that is used to start the pairing procedure.

EarFun TW200 Review – Sound

Just like other models EarFun TW100, Vankyo X400, or even Enacfire T1, the sound on the EarFun TW200 buds is pretty comparable. They sound decently well when it comes to MIDS, highs, and lows. Vocals sound clean and crisp and you are capable to hear every instrument in a song. There is enough bass in these earbuds to give it the best sound and are not overbearing.

At just about any volume rate I set the buds too, they kept a similar sound performance. That is including putting the volume at a high level. I do not notice any kind of distortion.

Overall, I do love how the TW200 wireless earbuds sound when it comes to listening or watching some shows or movies.

EarFun Air Wireless Earbuds – Fit and Comfort

I tend to forever need bigger ear tips and the similar applies here, with the bigger ear tips that are included the fit is just great. I can move around without too much risk of them falling out, but I would not want to go to a run with these earbuds.

The EarFun TW200 provides 4 sizes of ear tips option (XS/S/M/L). I managed to choose things considerably by swapping out the ear tips for the ones I use during this EarFun Air review. Though, in this scenario, I cannot put them back in the charging case without removing the tips.

On the comfort side, I am not practically found on this sort of design for in earbuds. I usually find that the rigid or long-tail extending down from the main earpiece, gives nothing else than a larger sized product but somehow brands such as Apple Air Pods were capable to make people look after this style and brands follow the design.

This design was adopted by EarFun TW200 but you’ll also see it on well-known brands. Nonetheless, this long earpiece rarely does become a problem regarding comfort and the lightweight of the buds adds up to an overall pleasing and comfortable experience.

Sound performance is fine, with a great level of bass, but not as fine as some of the earbuds they’ve tried to compare themselves to.

Earfun TW200 Wireless Earbuds – Final words

The outcome of our EarFun TW200 review, these buds are fine pair of earphones, better than the pair of the previous models I tested. The long battery performance and IPX7 water-resistant rating make these a superb choice for fitness and once I got a fine fit the buds stayed in my ears during walk easily. Sound performance is fine, with a great level of bass, but not as fine as some of the buds they’ve tried to compare themselves to.
