Cowin Apex Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds

Cowin Apex Pro

Active Noise Canceling, ergonomically designed secure and stable fit, all-day playtime (5H on earbuds/25H with charging case), Hi-Fi stereo sound & deep bass

The COWIN Apex Pro earbuds are comfortable in-ears that come with a portable charging case. While they come with an Active Noise Canceling function, it provides mediocre performance overall, so you can still hear bass-heavy noises like plane or bus engines as well as high-frequency ambient sound like the hum of an air-con unit. Also, they’ve a BOOMY, uneven sound performance that adds a lot of extra punches to your sound, which can be overwhelming for some listeners. After a COWIN Apex Pro review, I notice they are a good choice to wear to the great gym.

Cowin Apex Pro Review – The Design and Comfort

Cowin Apex Pro ANC Earbuds

The COWIN Apex Pro is TWS buds with an un-color design. Unlike the COWIN Apex TWS, they’ve long stems that protrude from the earbuds. The charging case is very decent and has the COWIN logo on the lid. It is made of plastic that feels slightly cheap and flimsy. The lid also does not feel very solid, and it moves slightly when closed.

The COWIN Apex Pro has good build quality. They are mostly made of plastic, which feels very cheap and not very durable. Their case also has a plastic build. But on the upside, they have an IPX5 water resistance rating, though we do not presently test for this.

They’re very comfortable. The earbuds are lightweight and do not go deeply into your ear. You can use their controls very easily, which is great. They’d be comfortable for long sessions.

How Fit and stability Cowin Apex Pro Can Do?

Cowin Apex Pro Review

The earbuds carry an innovative design introducing ergonomic and amazingly advanced, lightweight materials for a whole-day fit. The ultra-slim fit keeps them solid within your ears during any type of activity.

The noise-canceling buds are ergonomically made to make contact with 3 different points on your ear for a comfortable, secure fit. With two softness and three sizes of triple comfort buds, you can find the ideal fit for your ears to maximize audio quality and reduce outside noise.

The COWIN Apex Pro has decent stability. They’d stay in your ears during casual listening sessions as well as work out at the gym. These earbuds are very portable. They are very small and light, so you can simply put them in your pocket, even when they are inside their carrying charging case.

Cowin Apex Pro Active Noise Canceling Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

Their 0.32″ drivers do not force you to raise the volume as much, which serves to assist with battery performance. Then there is the ANC and ambient support. Active noise cancelation is always hit or miss at the price range, and the COWIN Apex Pro did not jilt our expectations in any significant way.

The buds are not bad at cutting low-frequency background noises, although, less so with higher-frequency sounds. Once again, right on par with buds in this price tag. Ambient mode is not bad, even if it is not that good. I had a slight issue engaging in conversion with it on, I definitely heard better from the other side.

I was, very impressed with the call performance, which made callers sound clear and loud and I can never hear an issue about how I come through. Even with the ANC function turned on, they struggle to block out BASSY background noises like engines.

COWIN professional ANC features significantly decrease noise to assist you to focus on what you want to hear. And provide the facility to adjust the ambient sound to your activity to get the finest noise cancelation among ambient sound and ANC modes.

Cowin Apex Pro ANC Wireless Earbuds Review – Sound Quality

The COWIN wireless earbuds have a BOOMY sound profile that adds an extra punch to your sound, which is perfect for fans of heavy bass music genres like EDM but might be a little overwhelming for fans with neutral sound. They also lack a low base, so you do not really feel the very deep thump and rumble in your sound.

Sibilants are a bit bright too, which might be very piercing for some listeners. The COWIN Apex Pro has mediocre bass accuracy. The rest of the range is slightly overemphasized, though, resulting in a BOOMY sound that can be overwhelming for some listeners.

They’ve disappointing treble accuracy. The underemphasized low treble can reduce the comprehensibility of vocals, while the overemphasized middle treble can make sounds sharp and piercing.

These buds have a fine leakage performance. COWIN Apex Pro does not leak a lot of noise, and escaping audio sounds quite thin. It should not be very noticeable for those working around you in an office unless you are listening to music at really high volumes.
